You can choose to have your retreat be facilitated by a YPO Board Member and Master Faculty Forum Facilitator who’s also a senior MEA faculty member and can provide customized programming that blends the best of both worlds and is tailored to your desired outcomes.
It's hard to fully capture all the amazing experiences from our forum retreat to the MEA. We've been a forum for 10 years and continuously strive to elevate our game.
Working with MEA was incredibly rewarding. We discussed some of the challenges we are navigating as a group, and the Santa Fe team took everything into consideration, ensuring we maximized our time there. We enjoyed a perfect balance of workshops, outdoor adventures, and mind-body work. An unforgettable highlight was a magical night under the stars, guided by an expert.

I yearn for experiences like the one I had at MEA in Santa Fe. It may be a stretch to say I need experiences like MEA to survive, but they make me feel alive.
At MEA, we grounded ourselves in the retreat space, walking the land and meditating at sunrise. We explored our roles as leaders, business owners, and parents.
