As a former Vistage Chair with a decade of experience and a seasoned retreat speaker, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of deep interpersonal work. I’ve attended two MEA weeklong workshops as a participant—one in Baja and another in Santa Fe—and recently had the privilege of leading my own weeklong retreat, Discover Your Extraordinary Why, as guest faculty with MEA in Santa Fe.
